DAN VANCIL III
OWNER/PILOT
Dan is an Army Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot with over 600 hours of flight time. He has flown MEDEVAC Missions in Afghanistan and fought forest fires in Colorado. An avid outdoors-man, Dan is focused on developing the use of Drones in Search and Rescue, and has completed National Association of Search and Rescue (NASAR) Managing the Inland Search Function Course.
He is the Director of Community Relations for UAS Colorado. He is also a member of Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI) and the Airborne Public Safety Association (APSA).
THE FLEET
The Tello is great for training! Small, yet durable, it can be flown indoors without fear. Weighing less than .5 pounds, and with image stabilization, it can take decent video as well.
Delta Vector Aerial Uses the DJI Spark as a training drone for the outdoors, its light weight design and 2 axis gimbal makes it great for taking quick shots when out and about.
The DJI Mavic Pro is the work horse Delta Vector Aerial LLC. The DJI Mavic Pro is lightweight and portable, perfect for getting into remote places for amazing shots. Able to take 4k video and 12 megapixel HD images, the DJI Mavic Pro delivers a quality product.
The Phantom 4 Pro is used for professional jobs that require 20 megapixel imaging including high resolution mapping, 3D mapping, inspections, and 4k video.
